There is not any cartoon worth waking up for on a Satrday morning anymore. I can remember the days when I would look forward to Saturday mornings for all the great cartoons that they had on. Some of my favorites were the Smurfs (All those male Smurfs and only one female? How did they ever survive?) Thundercats, He-Man and She-RA, Dungeons and Dragons, Garfield......The list goes on....... Things just aren't the same anymore. What were your favorites? I like the fact that the show Family Guy on FOX has soooooo many 80's hidden references. How you ever noticed?

But I think you're on to something... Sunday night cartoons have become my "Saturday morning cartoons". Pass me the Kool Aid. -

Mon, December 4, 2006 - 4:02 PMI used to love Saturday morning cartoons. Now I think that they suck and wonder what ever happened to the cartoons I used to watch as a kid. Then I thought, "Hey, it must be that I am getting older." And that kind of sucks in itself. I bought a couple of DVD sets of Looney tunes and still enjoy watching those.
